FAQ

Are you fully insured?

Yes, no need to worry we are fully insured, and honest. Any damage caused by our crew will be taken care of immediately!

What happens if it rains?

We watch the forecast regularly and if there is a chance of rain we will try to get started early, but as you know rain is not always avoidable.  We may have to push your yard back a day or two, but we will work extra hours and weekends to ensure your yard is taken care of.

What if my lawn doesn't need cut? Can I skip?

 

Yes! If your lawn hasn’t grown enough to need a cut, you’re welcome to skip a service—just give us at least one day’s notice so we can adjust our schedule.

We typically won’t skip your lawn on our own. That’s because we’ve made a commitment to show up on the schedule we agreed upon. However, if we arrive and see that the grass hasn’t grown at all, we may give you a quick call or text to confirm whether you'd like to skip that visit.

We appreciate the communication—it helps us keep things running smoothly and your lawn looking great!

Do you offer bi-weekly lawn maintenance?

 

At JC Lawn Maintenance, we always aim to provide the best care for your lawn. While we do offer bi-weekly mowing, we don’t recommend it as it can lead to an overgrown, unhealthy lawn and uneven appearance—especially during peak growing season.

That said, if bi-weekly service works better for your schedule, we’re happy to accommodate it at 1.5x the weekly rate. This helps cover the extra time, equipment wear, and scheduling challenges that come with less frequent maintenance.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to keep your lawn looking its best!

Do you offer services to commercial properties?

Absolutely! Please feel free to call or email anytime for a quote.

How does billing work?

We strive to make your experience with us as worry free as possible, this includes the billing process. As a new customer you will be sent a secure link to add a credit/debit card on file. From there your card will be charged at the beginning of the month for only the cuts of the previous month. You will be emailed a detailed paid invoice for every payment.
